QuestionAuthoriTees was created with four main purposes:
The first purpose is to inspire Generation We (Gen-We, 8-28 yr olds), the Millennials, to lead the way in changing how Americans produce and utilize energy. Cost-effective alternative energy sources like solar, wind, geothermal, waves and tidal are all at breakthroughs technologically and economically. As we all know Gen-We understands and adapts to new technologies like alternate sources of energy more quickly than the older generation. One way to effect dramatic change is to inspire those most willing to change as well as those having the least changes to make…Gen-We.
The second purpose is to create a place where information and ideas can be exchanged relating to promoting alternative energy sources like solar power, wind power and others. We will try and alert people to available technologies as well as situations where companies and/or politicians are not acting in the best interests of our future. Unfortunately, large corporations and the energy industries exert far too much influence on our politicians restraining growth, development, and most importantly belief in the viability of these alternative sources of energy Please use our blog and our shirts as a way to spread information and encourage action. Alternative sources of energy like solar, wind, geothermal and others promote economic strength, reduced military presence, better health, and of course help preserve our planet.
The third purpose is to provide a venue for the creation and sale of T-shirts and other items that promote and support green and alternative energy sources. 50% of the profits will be donated to support this mission in a wide variety of ways. We look forward to telling you about the various groups and projects we will be able to assist in the future and how they will promote these alternate energy sources.
The fourth purpose is to create a profitable business model that provides income and career opportunities for those who own and work for the company. We believe that our T-shirt contests and the resulting sales are going to spread the message about green and alternative energy sources through the visibility of our products and the funding and recognition our sales will promote.
